♥ We do require a minimum of 14 days notice, to make sure we are set for staffing

♥ Group must have at least 8 riders

♥ Groups should arrive 10 minutes early to pay and get settled.

• ​Payment Terms:10% payment must be made at the time of booking by one method (card only).  

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled event will forfeit 100% of their payment.

• Cancellations made greater than 7 days will receive a full refund.

• Event Space: There is chairs and tables set up for you to use.

• Food and Drinks
  No food or drinks are provided.
  Please bring your own.

Groups of 26-45 guests: 20% discount*
Non-profits groups of 25+: 25% discount* (Sports teams, school groups and youth programs) 
 

Booking Information: 
Please email us at info@flatheadlakealpinecoaster.com with your group name, date and time requested, as well as estimated number of teens/adults 13+ and youth 3-12 years old  in your party. 

• Reservation is during regular business hours. Lines and wait times may vary.

• All individuals with a group must be scheduled for the same time slot.  

• Additional guests may be added, but only on a space-available basis. 

• All guests must meet the requirements for the attraction.  

• All guests must fill out a waiver when they arrive at the park.
